The staff made me and my friend feel so comfortable and we was all nothing but having a laugh which I think is so welcoming. I’ve been going to KLG every 2/3 weeks for my nails done by Gemma for years now. The girls are all amazingly friendly and we always have a good chat and a giggle. I can’t recommend KLG enough for all things nail/hair and beauty. Kirsty is highly recommended for eyebrows and she’s the only one who has never left me looking like a cartoon character. Jodie is highly recommended for lashes! I’ve had plenty of lash lifts and they last for aaaaaaages!

My second time visiting, this time I had the full halal eyebrows and Korean lash lift. What can I say? I loved the end result! Imane is a wonderful person! Honestly I can’t rate enough for the service I got! Definitely recommend Imane for her knowledge and the time spent with her went so quick!

Recently had a 'Germaine de Capuccini' facial at The Midland Hotel, Manchester as part of a Spa Day. The day was lovely, but the facial treatment wasn't as relaxing or soothing as the amazing (Germaine de Capuccini) facial that I have with monthly with Sammy. It goes to show that it's the skill of the Therapist who makes all the difference, not where you have it!) ♥

I cannot recommend Shaughnee enough for hair extensions. I always go back to her and would not trust anyone else with my hair. Every refit is done so neatly and comfortably, and the blend is completely seamless each time. The curls she creates are absolutely amazing and hold beautifully! I always leave feeling confident and so happy with the final result. Shaughnee is not only incredibly talented but also so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. If you are thinking about getting your hair done or hair extensions, she is definitely the one to go to!

I booked a lash lift with Caitlin and my the results on my natural lashes look absolutely incredible! The salon staff and the environment are so calming and welcoming which is especially lovely, and the quality and longevity of my lash lift is the best i’ve ever had, wouldn’t go book with anyone else but Caitlin now🤍

I’ve been seeing Morgan regularly for lash lifts and brow tinting/shaping, and she’s incredible. The lash lift gives my lashes a beautiful, lasting curl—no mascara needed! My brows are always perfectly tinted and shaped to suit my face, with natural, polished results every time. Morgan remembers what I like and always makes me feel comfortable and confident. Highly recommend if you’re after low-maintenance, natural beauty treatments with someone who genuinely cares. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes and brows!

I had such a great experience with Amy From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She paid attention to every detail and made sure my nails were shaped exactly how I wanted. The design came out even better than I imagined, and the quality is amazing — they’ve lasted so well without lifting or chipping. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. The space was clean, relaxing, and comfortable too. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I got a lash lift by caitlin today at the salon and it’s perfect!! Left my lashes feeling the most lifted they’ve ever been and making me feel more confident they look perfect! not only this but caitlin was so welcoming and friendly definitely would recommend this salon!

Emma is amazing, I always love my nails and she does the best lash lifts and brows. Can’t wait to try more treatments! :)
