I have NO eyebrow hair at all so am very picky about getting my brows laminated and have waited 3 years whilst being in leeds to find the right person! And Billie is incredible! Took the time to really get the shape I was after with care! It’s very rare I go back to the same place but my brows are literally perfect so will be back!
