I had my lashes done by Joy, and although the first set didn’t quite suit me, the response from Liveo was immediate and they rebooked me right away. Joy went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the final result. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish, and I’m a very satisfied repeat customer. Highly recommend!

Nana is hands down one of the best lash technicians I've ever been to. She's incredibly skilled, and it shows in the results. My lashes always come out looking exactly the way I want, and they last noticeably longer than with anyone else I've tried. On top of her talent, she's just lovely to spend time with. We always end up chatting throughout the appointment, and honestly the time flies. I can't recommend her enough.

You would be blessed to come across her and have her as your lash artist…she is a pioneer in the Vancouver lash industry, she is always up to date with celebrity lash looks, and she honestly can achieve any lash look you desire! She is usually booked for a month in advance, but she is so worth it!

Suki is always so wonderful. She often accomodates my schedule and she always take so good care of me and my lashes. I went on vacation and the lashes retained so well despite the strong winds, the water slides, the hail, the crazy sleeping positions from travelling from place to another. Suki knows her craft well, so this is the place to go for lash extensions and waxing!!

I had an incredible experience! I have uneven eyes, and Katelyn was able to beautifully balance them. She took into account my personal preferences and recommended brown lashes with a C & LC curl to better suit my features. She carefully mapped everything out, walked me through each step, and took her time to meticulously create a lash look that truly compliments my eyes. The final result was so beautiful and everything I wanted! Katelyn's professionalism, experience, and talent make her an exceptional lash tech. I have never tried any other lash lift services in Vancouver and honestly, I'd hesitate going anywhere else because of the care and excellent service I've been getting from Zin! My eye area is extremely sensitive but I've never had post-treatment pain or discomfort when I go for my lashlift at Unique Lash Lift and Brow. And Zin's hands are so light and gentle, I can easily doze off throughout my session every single time. I know I need to come back again soon!

The owner Annik has curated a beautiful little shop in downtown vancouver/gastown, on a quiet street she stands alone but offers so many incredible services and products in her store front making her a big fish in her location. very calm and willing to take time to listen to clients. very happy with my service,and i look forward to future visits

I got my lashes done at YNL Lash Extension with Yoyo, and it was such a great first experience! Since it was my first time, I went with a classic set. Yoyo took the time to ask about my lifestyle, including whether I wear glasses or contacts, to make sure the length would be comfortable for me. The whole appointment felt very professional and comfortable, and I love how my lashes turned out. I’d definitely recommend Yoyo if you’re looking for natural, beautiful lashes!

Zin is absolutely amazing! I came to her after my lashes had been damaged from years of using lash extensions. Her treatment has made my lashes grow back healthier, longer, and stronger, and the lash lift and tint looks so good and natural. Also lasts way longer than the lash extensions I used to get!

Absolutely obsessed with my lashes! Nastasia is incredibly talented and transformed my tiny, sparse natural lashes into gorgeous full glam volume while keeping them lightweight and comfortable. I switched to LED lashes due to sensitivity and for better retention, and I’m so happy I did. She’s knowledgeable, meticulous and truly an expert at what she does. I also love the thoughtful aftercare package — such a lovely touch! If you have sensitive eyes or sparse lashes, I highly recommend Nastasia. She’s a lash magician! 💕✨
