I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the results turned out beautifully. I’m so happy with how smooth and straight my hair looks. Highly recommend Harry to anyone looking for Japanese hair straightening! 😊

Beth is genuinely the best lash tech I have ever gone to. During our first appointment, she took the time to make sure that I was getting exactly what I was looking for and even guided me. She is always so patient with me and willing to take in feedback to make sure she understands what I am looking for. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she’s the sweetest person ever and is so easy to talk to. If you’re looking to start getting lashes or am looking for a new style, I 100% recommend going to Beth as she has so much experience with all types of styles and is such a professional.

Gwen did my lashes for the first time and I’m honestly happy with how they turned out! She did exactly how I wanted them—full, fluffy, and still beautifully soft looking. She absolutely delivered the look I was hoping for, and I left feeling so pretty. I’ll definitely see her again in the future!

Days prior to our appointment our stylists messaged us for a consult asking about our current hair state and what we’d like to achieve. When we got there we were greeted warmly by our Mii (my hairstylist) and Yuki (Rb’s hairstylist). We both got a wash and blow dry and they consulted us with each step of the hair cut to make sure we were happy. Defo worth going to Richmond for this experience.

Whoever really interested to know, should just go and try. Very very good service and skill. We need more in BC, and we are lucky/ happy to jave them in Richmond.

I’ve been a long time client of Mia and I wouldn’t trust my lashes with anyone else. She’s so gentle that I literally pass out every appointment 😴😂 Lashes are always flawless, lightweight, and last so well. The consistency and care keep me coming back. Highly recommend Mia!

I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Rosie does the BEST lash lifts!!! I've gotten lash lifts done at various salons, but they never end up LIFTED lifted. Rosie will lift your eyelashes to the heavens and your eye will pop out like a doll <3

Saeko’s service was excellent!! she was incredibly friendly and experienced. Mii did an amazing job. I love my haircut and how healthy my hair felt after it. She ensured the length was what I wanted and provided insight to the nature of my hair. I also got a lash lift and was impressed with what a difference it made. Saeko explained the different curls and her advice was really great. I always love my experiences at i's and highly recommend going.

Every time i go to this salon i never have anything bad to say! Got my pedicure here before and this time i went for only a lash removal since i got a set done elsewhere and needed it off for valentines day .. Kelsey was very sweet and welcoming! We had such a nice chat about the plans were gonna have that night and slowly getting to know each other! Ill be coming back again to continue doing my lash lifts here!

I was recommended Beth through a friend and love her. She’s sweet, personable and cares for your concerns if you have any. She has a calm and soothing voice if youre a yapper and shes so easy to talk to. Will definitely come back to her! I love my ‘natural anime’ lashes. I feel so cute!

Another great visit at Sugar Nails and Lashes. My mom and I got a pedicure. Havar my usual nail tech did mine very happy as always with how she does my mani and pedi! My mom was very happy with Anna the girl that did her pedicure. Thank you again for a great experience! Also Grizzly enjoyed his visit to see all the workers today!
