From the beginning, she took the time to ask lots of questions and really understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and never rushed — you could tell she genuinely cared about getting every detail perfect. The end result exceeded my expectations and my lashes look incredible. Jess at Beauty Avenue is simply the best. I have been going to her for facials and every single time I leave feeling incredible.
