I had such a lovely first appointment with Crystal. She is great at explaining each step of the process, and her bed is super comfy. This was the first time I haven’t had any stingy or discomfort from a lash lift and tint. And my brow waxing wasn’t painful at all. She’s meticulous with detail and my brows and lashes are stunning. ​BIAB infill was excellent as always—carefully prepped, thin & natural looking. ​Just a heads-up that having 3 techs working at once can feel rather overwhelming rather than relaxing. I couldn’t check my toenails & they ended up slightly uneven. ​Lucy was amazing with my child, painting her nails neatly & making her feel so welcome! ​I hoped for better on my 2nd Korean lash lift here, but the results have been inconsistent. First time fell straight; this time one side has a slight curl & the other is sharply kinked. Having had perfect results in Korea, the asymmetry is just too noticeable.

Absolutely loved my experience at DW Skin! I had a lash lift and a facial that included a back exfoliation. My skin feels amazing and my lashes look perfect (natural yet lifted, just how I like it). The treatment was not only super relaxing, but also filled with laughs — Dhika is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also hilarious! Can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend DW Skin.

Jyoti was friendly and did a great job of the lash lift & henna/threading. She was gentle and the lashes didn't sting as they have at other places. She made the process enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with my eyelash lift and tint! The service was so careful and gentle—there was absolutely no stinging at all, which made it really relaxing. My lashes look amazing, and I love that I’m now ready for swimming without needing mascara. Highly recommend!

I just turned 18 and I got my first lash lift here. The people are soo nice and they even gave me a choccy afterwards. I recommend this place for lashes :) I saw another customer get her nails done here too and they looked gorgeous too. The ladies are so sweet 🥹

The best nails and lash extensions ever! Have been going to Dilara for years and not changed lash technicians and refuse to even though I live interstate I fly to Sydney to get my lashes done that's how much it's worth it! HIGHLY recommend!!

I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem of a business. Jade has continuously produced the most quality lashes I’ve ever had. The way she does them makes them last so long without going feral and I rarely need to brush them. She makes the lash life easier, something money can buy.

I had a wedding and my usual lash lady lost my booking- Thankfully, this studio took me in last minute and gave me lash infill. First thing I noticed is how clean the place is, and how amazing it smelt. The lash chair was super comfy, and they gave me a blanket to cover my skort while I got my lashes done. The beautician was gentle and gave my eyes a lot of care. I received a 10% discount too, and the ladies were super friendly. Unfortunately for my usual lash lady, I probably won’t be back given how awesome my experience was here.

She's incredibly talented, super friendly, and has the gentlest hands. I was so comfortable the whole time. Dilara at Aléa is honestly the best lash artist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been seeing her for 3–4 years and her consistency is unmatched. My lashes always look so natural that people genuinely can’t tell they’re extensions ,I constantly get compliments and asked where I get them done. She’s efficient, affordable, incredibly talented, and so accommodating with appointments. Her salon is always spotless, beautiful, and relaxing like a spa. Dilara is such a kind soul and truly takes pride in her work. Couldn’t recommend her more ❤️
