overall, it great service and experience. I wasn't completely happy with the curl lift on my lashes as they are very long and also with the brow waxing underneith, it wasnt left straight on one of them. this is just my experience and me being nit-picky.

Obsessed is the biggest understatement! I have searched thick and thin for a good lash tech and sus is so far from good she is perfect! We had a very thorough consultation at the beginning which made me feel so much more heard and made me feel as though she wanted my lashes to be to my liking. Oh my gosh! I am so particular about my lash lifts as I have Asian lashes that don’t curl. And Nicky did such a great job with lifting them. It was gentle and just a super enjoyable experience. And my brow lam which I never do because my brows also don’t do much, you know when they just exist? She did a good job at lifting them. So happy and Nicky was lovely! Will def be back.
