Holly was amazing, I had a bad experience with previous lash lift and tint at another place and Holly put my mind at ease and was so attentive and informative about the whole process. Also I have never had such a relaxing brow wax before, she was so gentle and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

It took me almost a year or so to look for a place to trust with my face (I’m sure I’m not the only one) I’ve been following DLX beauty’s Instagram page for quite some time and then I finally had the guts to give it a go! Lash lift and tint, henna brows with Angie and I LOVED IT! Great customer service, tidy, neat and professional relaxing atmosphere. Then a couple of months later I decided to go with the semi permanent brow tattoo... and Holly did such an exquisite job. Precise with explaining after care and all that I needed to know. I was happy with the way that Brittany styled my eyebrows, I liked that she measured them evenly and made sure I was getting what I wanted. I was a bit concerned with the lash lift process, she did not apply the lower lash ‘pads’ (sorry not sure what they are called) and one side ended up sticking together and it would also be useful to discuss after care but this was fine since I have had the treatment before. Over all I am happy with the final product and the service provided, I only wish to provide useful feedback since I know Brittany is a new employee :)
