I love Venuka doing my eyelashes but getting extremely frustrated that when I book to see her that when I get there that she’s not working & I get another lady wanting to charge me more. It’s like when you go to a hairdresser you have the one you normally see. I work my work around these appointments- and I have now been stuffed around because of this. Please check these requests when you are rostering or have the same ladies work the same days. I really don’t want to go elsewhere but I can’t afford to bring stuffed around anymore. Thanks

Elishia has been doing my lashes for years and she is the only master tech that would want to do them for me. She has always been the ultimate professional and I would and have recommended her work to everyone. I would also like to compliment the the salon itself and the other team members you have there. They are always kind and welcoming and the salon is such a beautiful salon to visit. I look forward every fortnight to my visit there. I booked lash extensions with Jorja whom has done an excellent job in the last 3 times i have gone there and i will continue on receiving my services with her at Charlestown.
