I had a great experience at Bitter Sweet Beauty Lounge. Georgina lifted and tinted my lashes and they look incredible. She was so friendly, constantly checked in on how I was feeling, made me feel comfortable and we had a great chat. Would definitely recommend others to come here, great service, incredible beauty therapists & great prices! It’s definitely going to be my new go to.

I am so impressed that Keziah fixed my "messy & badly damage" lash lifting from other salon. Her skillful hand help to revise and nourish my lashes. Finally i had my beautiful lashes and more confident with it now. Definitely will return for the best service that she had provided. She is cheerful and beautiful that brighten up the day... Jess used Hybrid tinting on both and also gave my eyelashes a eyelash lift. My brows and eyelashes look absolutely amazing and you can see them now. I found this place on Facebook after I asked about getting lashes done in short notice and this company was mentioned, so this was my first ever experience getting lashes done professionally and wouldn’t go anywhere else from that day onwards. The service is always great and it’s a very comfortable and calming place to be in. I come from out in Logan and for me this is worth travel and prices is great. Thank you for always looking after me and giving me advice when it comes to the difference in lash sets.

Candace was amazing! She was so sweet and very attentive, and talked me through the processes of the treatments I was receiving. I especially loved how she made sure I was ok multiple times throughout the lash lift and tint as it was the first time I had gotten these procedures. Overall a wonderful experience and great results. I will be returning again!
