Carmen is wonderful. I’ve been coming to Mayfair tanning and waxing for 15yrs plus and never ever had a bad experience. The staff are all amazing, and the place is clean and swish. Always a lovely experience.

She listened and did everything she could to get me in before I set off for my wedding. Her calming personality completely relaxed me and I left feeling like a new, tanned women. The tan she delivered was also a million times better than other places I’ve been. It might be a little more than other salons but it’s completely worth it. Mirela is brilliant! The spray tan (which was to fix a botched tan so not even your usual tanning) is perfect. Highly recommend. Worth every penny!

I went to Phoenix for a course of sunbed sessions but I also had my eyebrows shaped. I was very nervous as it was the first time I was having it done but Chris was great; she was very reassuring and professional and made the whole experience painless. The results are excellent and look natural which is exactly what I wanted.
