Really pleased with my treatment with Ellie. The room was so relaxing and the whole process felt like a real treat. Ellie explained the whole process and was extremely knowledgeable. Excellent! Would definitely recommend! Ellie went through the process with me beforehand. She was very thorough, even asking about the choice of music-I can’t stand the normal “birdsong” style music! The massage was amazing! Ellie kept checking about the pressure. She was able to alternate between gentle and soft to more deep and thorough pressure where I had knots in my back and shoulders. Will definitely book again.

Philippa is absolutely brilliant at what she does. I get bored very easily with my nails so never go for a plain colour or French, and always go a bit wild with my designs. But nothing has ever been too challenging to do. I enjoy every moment of my appointments with Philippa as she is so funny and makes the time fly by. I’d highly recommend her to anyone wanting beautiful nails and great service x

This lady is amazing she is the Queen of waxing. I have visited many salons and this lady has been one of the most approachable,embracing,relaxed enviroment with a calm postive approach. Not judgemental in anyway. She provides a listening ear and always makes me laugh 😃 along with this she has embraced my confidance allowing me to love my body and treat it with the respect it deserves. Philippa is a pro at what she does! When I first started going to Philippa, my nails were brittle and would never grow. People are now shocked when I tell them my nails are real! She is also hilarious… appointments are never dull. I love hearing her stories of what she gets up to outside “Pip&Polish” and love using my appointment as my own therapy! Would 100% recommend.
