Another great visit with Amy again. It’s starting to become like therapy haha we talk about so much. I like to think Amy is becoming a friend as well as a very good nail tech. I love my nails and brows as always, but I have to say that was the best pedicure and foot massage I have ever had! Oh my goodness I felt and still feel so relaxed. I can’t wait for my next one. Just had the most amazing massage and facial with Kelly! Seriously, I feel like a new person. Kelly really knows her stuff and made sure I was super comfortable the whole time. My skin is glowing, and my muscles are so relaxed. If you're looking to treat yourself, definitely book a session with her. You won't regret it!

Amy did an amazing job, her artwork skill is so good. She always goes above and beyond to create perfect nails with whatever design I ask for. Underneath that are excellently sculpted nails that are perfectly shaped and last weeks. I am always happy with my nails and would always go back to Amy and recommend her. She’s also waxed my brows to a lovely shape I’m happy with and is so so gentle. Thank you for always making me at ease, it means a lot when I feel unwell and have anxiety. Having someone who I can be comfortable around is great.

Second experience at the snug room and it just gets better and better. Jayne makes the treatment about you and your needs which is so special. It’s like going to your friends house for a natter and a coffee but coming out with amazing nails and brows.

Another visit for a different treatment. Once again everything explained clearly,in a lovely relaxed environment. Really pleased with my brows.

Attending an appointment at the Snug Room, never disappoints. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and for those few hours you feel completely pampered. The combination of the incredible quality of the products and Jayne’s expertise and knowledge make you feel fully confident that you will be leaving 100% happy!

Georgia is amazing from walking in the door you are made to feel welcome and like she has known you for years. She is very professional and my eyebrows look amazing Thank you Georgia can highly recommend to anyone and there is a big range of treatments available all at reasonable prices with excellent results

My experience was amazing not only is she amazing at her work but she doesn’t rush and listens and waits till you are satisfied with the results. The transformation of my brows is speechless and I finally have my dream brows. Even though I have only been a couple of times with her it’s like I have known her forever she is amazing to talk to and is a great laugh to be with. No need for a therapist.
