I went in for a brow lamination + lash lift and could not be happier with my service overall. Rita has the best manners which makes SUCH a difference from the second you walk in the door, and you can see her passion for her talent throughout. The place is clean, all staff are professional and the atmosphere is very calming so if you are prone to sensory-overload or are a carer for someone then this is where to go! The treatment, eyebrow wax and tint was good but the Welcome was nonexistent. When I entered, someone came from out back and barked "do you have an appointment." No, Hello or Welcome or even just a smile. Terrible first impression.

Sylvie is amazing at what she does and so welcoming! I got a lash lift and brow lamination. My eyebrows are quite uneven and she really took the time to ensure to make them look even. My eyes water easily so previous lash lifts I got at other places weren’t able to hold as well. Sylvie was the first one to get them up quickly so the water wouldn’t impact the lift. I’ll definitely come back!

Maya is absolutely amazing! She really takes her time and makes sure your brows look perfect. The shape and finish were the best I’ve ever had – so natural but defined. She’s also super friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with my eyebrows, highly recommend Maya to anyone looking for the best brow experience 🤍

What a lovely experience! First time I do brow lamination and Kitty did a great job! My eyebrows look and feel so natural! Since we both had time, I also decided to try the BIAB full set which she use a cool gel that reacted to magnets! I am so happy with the result! Not only I felt pampered but also had a great time chatting with lovely Kitty! She even played the music I wanted to listen to! I will definitely be back.

Thanks for an amazing experience Cathy - I loved coming to the Complete Beauty by Cathy, the location was super convenient in Neutral Bay. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Cathy was super nice and chatty, and I felt relaxed. I got the Keratin lashlift and brow lamination and am in love with the results - I really recommend it. While knowing that my brows needed serious attention and work, I was rather nervous about achieving a natural look and not mimic Angry Birds. Agatha was very patient with my interrogation and explained the process clearly, reassuring me with her quiet understanding and professionalism. The result is fabulous and almost brought me to tears - I look like I used to before the 'great brow loss' diminished my self-esteem.
