Had my treatment with Denel today following my consultation a couple of weeks ago. Denel is such a pleasure to deal with, he is very professional and explains everything throughly, whilst putting your mind at ease. He ensures you understand everything and makes you very comfortable. You can see he is very passionate about what he does and more importantly he cares that you are happy with everything. Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough.
