Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. First time at the salon - recommended by a family member. This was by far the best experience I've had in a salon! I had my locs washed and retwisted. Amazing service and friendly owner.
