I took my daughter for a mini facial, makeover, and hair styling, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They made my daughter feel truly special, the perfect way to celebrate her birthday and very first salon visit. The staff were so patient and attentive, making sure she felt comfortable and pampered throughout. It was such a lovely experience, and one we’ll both remember for a long time. Lucy is lovely as always , today was one year on from when I had my first ever micro-needling appointment. Lucy showed me the before and after photos and wow I was taken aback . Sometimes we are our own worst critic and we don’t realize how much progress we’ve made . I am delighted and couldn’t thank Lucy more for being part of that progress .
