Very pleased with my finished hair cut and love the highlights. My stylest Maddie was very friendly and professional, taking a lot of care to deliver what I had asked for. I found the experience very relaxing with coffee and biscuits and a chance to unwind.

I’m very particular about the colours I have on my nails, and toes must always match so when my usual colour was missing from the shelf for nail infills, I had to change both. Nicky was very understanding, didn’t charge for the toe soak off the enable the unexpected change then went over and above to obtain the unknown colour for me. Great customer service and an individual level of client care. Thank you, Nicky ☺️

As always, Sam is proessional, kind & informative. She talked me through the options to achieve what I want, explained the procedures and answered any questions I had. I had my Botox appointment recently, and I’m really happy with how it went. Abi is so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. She is was super knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The results look natural and just what I hoped for. I’d definitely recommend, can’t wait for my next visit!
