She was professional, kind, and thoroughly explained the process, putting me completely at ease. The procedure was quick and virtually painless thanks to the numbing cream used before hand. Only my second visit, but again, Just lovely. Liv is so welcoming, friendly, and professional., always explains eveythng fully to you. She's really gentle with the injections and just puts you at ease completely. Highly recommend.

I recently had my lips and nose done at Lumi, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The treatment was pretty much painless, and the atmosphere was so friendly and calming. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough! I can’t wait for my top-up♥️
