Had my first appointment with Kelly. No idea what to expect but I was put completely at ease. Kelly was fab and the whole process was totally painless. I enjoyed it. The room was cool and clean. Would highly recommend. No waiting around and the staff were lovely x

Fantastic Experience — Highly Recommend Debbie! I had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Debbie was friendly, professional, and really put me at ease. She listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was happy at every step. The service was carried out with real care and attention to detail, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and spotlessly clean — a real hidden. I just love coming to BP! Today I had a muscle relaxing treatment from Leanne to help with my migraines. She explained how the injections can help prior to my appointment and put me at ease throughout, checking that I was ok. The clinic is stunning and the staff are all so friendly. I’m looking forward to being back for my review in two weeks time
