I learned today that the team actually use multiple needles for Botox instead of just topping up with one- in an effort to keep them sharp, in turn making the experience more comfortable for the client. Yet again another small step above and beyond that puts this practice ahead of the rest.

The service I received was fantastic! Neelam made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She was patient, kind, and really took the time to help me. It made my experience so much better.

I was honestly so nervous going in as I hate needles. However this experience was amazing, my therapist was so reassuring and took the time to understand me. Not only this but they brought me a warm drink and a box of sweets. Thankyou therapy by aq i enjoyed every second, you will definitely see me again!

Had a facial here and was impressed. My skin felt smooth, hydrated, and looked noticeably clearer after. Good technique, no rushed feeling, and genuinely worth it. Would come back.
