Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. I've never been one for beauty treatments but decided to go with Microblading to have more low maintenance brows in the future, Suzie was a pro made me really feel at ease, kept me informed of the process at every step and it wasn't even painful as I thought it may be more like a scratching sensation, I would definitely recommend Suzie if you are thinking of having this procedure done 🥰

Follow up appointment after initial microblading. After yrs of over-plucking my brows, I now actually have then again. They look great & have given me loads of confidence. I don't have to spend ages in the mornings pencilling them in. Would highly recommended this to anyone with thin or no brows. Thank you to Suzie, for her attention to detail & for giving me amazing brows.

I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

So happy to have found Image Salon in Ipswich . They are all highly professional and specialist l feel very safe in Sue & Naomi’s hands. And the treatment is working! They have a lovely LED light treatment room (my favourite spot the “snooze room” I call it 😅 LED has a sleeping effect on me, Sue and the ladies are very lovely , gorgeous ,caring women I highly recommend.
