From entering the door into the salon, I was greeted and taken care of. Hot drinks and cold drinks offered frequently, and gorgeous biscuits. Hot towels given throughout the washing process. Great attention and acitive listening while having hair consultation. Atmosphere relaxed with varied music played. A thoroughly enjoyable relaxed experience. All staff members appeared happy and very helpful. A great selection of varied reading material. Also a computer work space if required. Toilets all clean and soap and hand wash available.Individual hand towels for drying. Fizz also offered

I had a bit of an issue with hair colouring due to an old hair dresser. Sophie helped me colour match to my original hair and help fix the issue. I ended up with a redish colour which she said may happen. I ended up loving it. Will definitely be back here in the future.

My 2nd visit and perfect again! They make me feel relaxed and welcome. Nathan talked me through what he’ was doing and why and advised the best way to take care of my hair. Skillfully cut and coloured. Nothing too much trouble. 100% recommend

Absolutely in love with my hair, the colour is perfect. Lianna is a great stylist and the consultation prior to decide the best colour for my hair was great. Lianna listened to my concerns, and the final results are better than I imagined. Would 1000% recommend. I'm already booked in for my next appointment. Thank you, I've now found my new stylist after my previous hairdresser retired.

I’m not the most confident person when choosing a hairdresser, hence why I’ve stuck with a monotonous 1.5 hour road trip to Sheffield for so many years. It was getting harder and harder to fit a “trim” in. I needed restyling and closer to home so that it could be trimmed on a more regular basis than every 3/4 month 🙈. Here’s where Amy came in. “I hate hairdressers Amy, but would you be willing to cut my hair” 😂😂 no pressure. Today I’ve had my first restyle in 10 years. I love it 💇‍♀️

I have used hair an beauty at Duo. Kerry is amazing at beauty. Always very professional. Recommends product but is NoT pushy with sales. Always receive a warm welcome into the salon. Would highly recommend

My Venus experience today was as always amazing. There was a very warm welcome in a tastefully refurbished environment. Justyna maintained her consistently professional high standards giving me excellent advice with regard to styling my hair. She always gives her best and is a perfectionist Justyna is without doubt the best stylist I have ever known.

Tracey looked after me really well and hair colour treatment was just what I needed.

It was my first visit to the salon and it was an excellent experience,the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was really pleased with the results of Nathan's work on my hair he explained every step and gave me some good tips about how to keep it looking good

Duo hair salon is great. Tracy always makes a great job of cutting my hair and Denise does a fantastic job of doing my nails

Brilliant haircut experience, not happy with the shampooing experience. Did not feel i was getting a good enough shampooing, to fast, only washes top of hair, does not penetrate to scalp. Had treatment which should have been on for 10 minutes but was on for no longer than 5 minutes which cost me £15. Not a good experience and definitely not worth the money
