Sophie W removed my biab nails today and she was brilliant. Three days before my appt I fractured my finger (not the ideal client), she was so careful when removing the biab and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I can't thank her enough for being so considerate, we got all gel off with no pain at all.

I have been going to Gemma for my nails for a while now. She is very professional and does an amazing job. I have just changed from having acrylic for a number of years to soaking them off and having plexi gel. And I must admit to begin with I was thinking they wouldn’t be as strong or as good as the acrylics, but actually they are better. The condition is amazing, they are really strong and I am so glad I made the change. They feel more natural. I didn’t need a refill for 4 weeks and they still looked amazing even then.

Hayley was honestly so lovely! After having a toe nail disaster, she has made them look so much better! She was super friendly, welcoming, and as someone who sometimes struggles in these situations, I felt instantly comfortable. Also I’ve left with the most gorgeous toe nails ready for my holiday! I had a gel manicure with Terri, who was lovely. She didn’t mind that my nails were not in great condition and put up with my dithering over colour choices! My nails look fantastic and I’m so glad I went.

She always does an amazing job on my nails. I don’t think there’s a nail art design that she cannot do or a gel colour that she doesn’t own! She caters for everyone. I always feel so welcome at my appointments since she’s such a lovely person.
