Firstly, it was very easy to book the session. Sarah was quick to respond and extremely helpful. This was my first time having biab gel so didn't know what to expect. Shannon, who did my nails, not only is she such a lovely girl, she was thorough, explained everything as she went along and was very accommodating with my requirements. Thank you.
