Rovena is a wonderful nail technician who makes you feel very comfortable. She is very skilled and I return to her frequently for my nails, which she does very well with builder gel. She is careful and precise and will accommodate you in every way. I highly recommend her and it is good to support small local businesses.

Had my nails done by Amy for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She’s super talented with nail designs and has a strong attention to detail. Since it was my first time trying Gel X, she took the time to explain the process beforehand, which I really appreciated. I’m absolutely in loveeee with my nails, they look exactly like the inspo I showed her. I’m already excited for my next set! 😍

I have been going to Pili for the last 5 years since living in London and I can honestly say I've never been happy with my overall nail experience since going to her. I've always been so picky (as anyone who loves their nails is) and she listens and takes the time to understand what I love and always makes sure I'm 100% happy with what I'm leaving with. She just really cares. She also adds a sprinkle of glitter to my day both in life and in my aesthetic and who could be mad about that?! Love her. 100/10. Always reccomend.

Natalia always does the best nails! Amazing service, amazing results - always! Will always highly recommend.

I arrived 5 minutes late but still had to wait an extra 15 minutes as they were completing someone's nails. Apart from the welait great service and pedicure was very good and relaxing, lovely leg massage

My nails turned out absolutely perfect — the shape, the color, and the design were exactly what I wanted. Cannot stop staring at how beautiful my nails are! Amy is so incredibly talented and patient, a true nail ARTIST. Every appointment, I send her a moodboard of my ideas in advance and it is so fun creatively bouncing off one another on the day to get the most pretty set! For this recent set, I changed from Gel X to BIAB for the first time, as my natural nails had grown so long and healthily under the extensions. She truly understands nail care and my nails have never been so strong and durable.
