Always fantastic customer service, made to feel very welcome! Pedicure was so lovely and amazing to finally have after a long time with hobbit feet! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ My feet feel so light and look a million times better! My ombré gel nails are perfect as usual, best nail shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve visited many over 27 years! Only place I will ever go! 😍

This was my third visit I think and remains a 5* rating from me. It's a real community hair salon where people of all ages come together and share life experience whilst having a great self-care experience having their hair, nails etc done. Whilst I was there a 92 young lady with dementia came in with her daughter. Treated with absolute respect and patience by the team. Gemma did my hair perfectly as always!

Grace always does a fantastic job with my nails. I typically go for a simple biab and gel colour and they look beautiful and neat. She is very professional and I enjoy my visits to her hut. Of all the nail places I have tried, she is the best.

As always Grace did my nails beautifully. I had gels on my toes. She was patient as I dithered over colour choice and suggested a lovely shade. Her salon is spotless and she is warm and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

What a gem of a salon! A lovely welcome when I arrived, I was offered a drink and asked to take a seat whilst Cassie finished with her client. I was booked in for a nail appointment (BIAB) and Cassie was lovely, really chatty and Jade and Addie were also very nice. Some salons can feel a bit clicky but at Macy’s I didn’t get this feeling at all. Lovely place I will continue to visit to have my nails done, I already go regularly and see Addie for my lashes and brows. Excellent service by all the technicians.
