My experience was great however I was surprised at the cost of my nails. I had nail art on 4 nails and expected the price to be $25 as that is what is listed as the highest nail art price. My nails are not long yet I was charged $35 for nail art for 4 nails and the others were just regular gel polish. My pedicure was wonderful but with a set of nails and pedicure with one cocktail my total payment with gratuity was $300. I have never paid $200 for nails and a pedicure and was somewhat shocked at the price. $110 for a set of short gel x nails with nail art on 4 nails does not seem right at all

I cannot say enough good things about every aspect of my experience here from the moment we entered the salon until we left. Exceeded our expectations and every staff we interacted with were kind, courteous, friendly and professional. Dream team for sure. We drove from Sw Edmonton and I will drive as many times to get my nails done here because if the 5 star experience. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for the royal treatment.

Zita I so lovely. She fixed my nails after a nail place in Walmart Capilano, Edmonton ruined them. I’ve been going to beauty Hour since it was Beauty nails from the early days Dian started the shop. I try different places and I always come back.

Absolutely amazing. I get biab manicures which have helped restore the health of my natural nails and allow them to grow. Yulia is perfection. She is very gentle with filing and cuticle maintenance and cares about the health of your natural nail. Impeccable work. All staff are so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and beautiful inside, always a calm relaxing experience.

Today was wonderful with Frina. She did a great job on my fill and french manicure this morning and to top it off, I met her son who was in the shop, and we conversed. What a smart, great, friendly kiddo who brought a smile to my face. 🙂

I have been here a few times now and absolutely love it! My daughter and I went and had manicures, they were incredible with her and we had such a great time. Went with a group of ladies for pedicures, which went so amazing. The technicians are so lovely and will continue to go back. Highly recommend 👌🏼

It’s worth driving from West Edmonton to this salon. Excellent customer service, friendly staff & I love the detail that CeCe puts into the nail designs. My mother & sister who also had appointments with me we’re equally pleased.

Beautiful job on my gel polish manicure. (Fast too). I still hope someday to have my gel polish removed/applied without the use of a dremmel tool.

Chloe honestly gives "the best" calf/leg massages I have had in a long time for the Spa pedicures. She really takes her time and is a deep massage. My manicures are always great too and she takes the time to ensure the length is good and a nice warm towel hand massage as well.

The space is so clean and beautiful! The staff are warm and friendly, and the services are next level. I had my gel nail fill with Ashley, the owner, and she is so talented and a perfectionist which I love! Mia did my TNR Gold pedicure, and it was honestly the best pedicure I’ve gotten in years.

Wow. I have had my lashes done at a few places around Edmonton but this so far was the most pleasant. I have sensitive eyes and never fails that eyes start watering right away but Kylie somehow did the whole lash lift and tint without any issues. I was so comfortable. And today the next day as I admire her work in mirror I can say for sure I will be back.

This was my first time at Beauty hour and booked online the night before with Chloe. She was ready when I walked in and was quick and efficient. I had a spa pedicure and the massage was great and relaxing. It could have been a bit deeper as my muscles were sore but was still wonderful. I also loved my manicure. I didn't want anything fancy but they were exactly what I wanted. My only other recommendation might be to have the option for a manicure to have a little bit of a hand massage as well. We'll definitely be back!!

The Nail Room is amazing! The space is decorated in soft neutral tones which gives you a spa like experience the moment you step in. The reception was warm and welcoming and Ashley did an excellent job with my manicure, my nails looks great! Would highly recommend booking with the Nail Room.

Love it here! I personally see Wendy regularly for my gel polish change, and she does such a wonderful job! She's so kind, and always offers a suggestion when I'm overwhelmed by their endless polish color selection. Even though the appointment is short & sweet, I look forward to it everytime :)
