I gave this 4 stars because when I make an appointment with a certain person to work on my nails, someone else does it, sometimes even two people work on each hand at the same time and each hand is different. And the one I had a date with only comes at the last minute to do it. If I make an appointment with that person from zero to one hundred. And this is not satisfactory for me at all. I am very satisfied with Irene's work, she is very professional.This is 4 stars for her😍

I had an amazing experience with Elly doing my nails! She was patient and attentive, taking the time to make sure everything was just right. Absolutely love this place! I have been to many salons over the last few years and have not experienced SNS nails been taken off properly until i came to this salon. They actually soak yours hands until the whole nail is off, instead of filing it down with the dremel like most salons do (leaving your nail in terrible condition). They take care in their work and are very accomodating to specific requests. I now do all my beauty appointments with them as they offer many services including Eyelash extensions, which they are also great at and not only that, there services are well priced! <3

My quick visit in between the lockdown was good but less satisfactory than usual. Jenny was awesome with her eyelash extensions skill but the new girl who did my manicure was disappointing. I had to try removing my SNS at home due to work regulation, but I had some nails with SNS leftover as I didn’t have the tools to file them properly. The girl barely understood my English and she didn’t clean my nails properly. She rushed through the job and even cut my index finger while doing the cuticle. I can’t be bothered complaining because the salon was very busy, but now my nails don’t look good.

My mum loves coming here and now I know why!! Everyone was so friendly and my nails look amazing. I had extensions and sns done. I had an appointment to get to, and they made sure I was done within my time frame. My nails look amazing, the shape, sns application and colour are perfect. I've been to heaps of nail places and I'm pretty particular about my nails, and this is by far one of the best ones I have been too. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

Very Impressed! Was welcomed by the owner and made to feel so welcome with my daughter. I've never received such wonderful service before, she even had her favourite music played and got a bottle of water, made our mummy daughter girls date extra special I had a wonderful pedicure & Mani with SNS & she had her nails painted. The place was clean, really trendy (just opened) and the owner and staff were incredibly knowledgeable about product and styles. Talon Nails is my new go to in Blackburn! Thanks guys!
