Loveness was very friendly and efficient and did a brilliant job with the nail art on my 2 nails. I only realised now when opening this email this morning, that I was overcharged again (the 3rd time of this happening). I was charged R10 for nail art and then another R60 (R30 per nail). No invoice is presented when paying, only a total is stated, so not possible to check at the tillpoint. In future I will ask specifically for a printout as this keep on happening. Also not sure why I get charged R30 per nail for art which is a simple Christmas bow?

The booking lady was super accommodating and called me back to fit me in. All the ladies are always super vibey, professional and cute in their pink outfits, and of course my nails look amazing and didn’t chip or break from one appointment to the next.
