Niva (Tracey) class was amazing yesterday! To see how you work and also learn new tips was a great opportunity. Thank you for making everyone feel so safe in one space. My interaction with Niva was highly professional from our very first conversation. We had a detailed discussion, and once it concluded, I was clearly informed about what was required of me for my appointment, which made the process much smoother.
