Lily had lovely customer service, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the design of the nails. She took extra care to make sure the shape was even, and went the extra mile to complete my request for a coloured French manicure (which had not previously been booked and instead decided at the time of appointment). Thank you for your time, assistance and my gorgeous nails!

Sally was absolutely wonderful. She did a facial for my tween daughter and made her feel absolutely fantastic, pampered and special. She gave us some great tips for managing her skin and generously gave us some samples to take home.

Brylie knows the anatomy of nails, why my nails were damaged and explained in detail how the rehab would work … and it did. The end goal was to wean off gel nails, which was part of the repair process. I’m now back to my natural nails. Not out of the woods yet, but a milestone. Professional knowledge and expert technique is everything. Thank you so much.

I had both a lash lift and waxing done and I’m beyond impressed with the results. The lash lift made my eyes pop with beautifully lifted, natural-looking lashes that require no mascara — I’ve received so many compliments already! The waxing service was just as fantastic: thorough, precise, and as always gentle. She made the entire experience comfortable, hygienic, and stress-free. Had a fantastic experience with Sophia. Great attention to detail for my mani pedi. Treat yourself to the spa version - the choice of foot scrubs was really nice. I nearly fell asleep when I had my hand massage at the end of my manicure. Lucky to have this new local spot!

I found the staff friendly, welcoming and professional. My manicure and pedicure were done in a way that I felt I had control Kim checked if I was comfortable checked the water temperature was okay and ensured I understood what I had booked for but as there was a change what I would pay for I enjoyed the quieter in hassled atmosphere of the salon I would highly recommend Unique Beauty and Nails
