After I had explained the sports injury I have, Kamila explained the probable cause of the discomfort, and how further tests and physical assessments to confirm the theory, a rehabilitation plan could be discussed. I felt confident and reassured.

Wonderful pregnancy massage. So relaxing and came out feeling much lighter.

I’ve recently been working with Rico on some pre massage stretching exercises etc so as to enhance the actual massage therapy. It’s really working well and I’m very pleased with the results. This gentleman is a ‘natural’ and authentic practitioner who puts the needs of his clients very much at the heart of a session. A very satisfied customer!

Kamila is amazing. As well as offering really good therapy, her engagement is also excellent so the experience also offers an educational aspect. Perfect !

Always happy with Kamila she does a great job. Lovely ambience in her therapy room & she explains everything to you regarding excercises to do till your next session which have helped so much. I would highly recommend her for helping to alleviate a painful knee joint and more importantly getting my muscles ready for knee surgery in a few months. 10/10 Thanks Kamila 😊
