Managed to get in with Mark on the same day. This is my 3rd visit for different reasons. Always feel 110% better straight after coming out. Very knowledgeable and helps with areas and exercises to avoid whilst repairing . No massage can get to the depth and level needed as this does

Was suffering with sciatica and couldn't walk more than 100 yards without being in excruciating pain. After the first session with Katie I felt considerably better. After the second session I was able to walk 3 miles with ease. Absolute miracle worker. Thank you.

Eve was fantastic, sorted out my injury which I’ve been struggling with for months as well as helping me with rehab for it. The sports massage itself sorted out all my aches and pains. Will definitely be back again.

Mark was very attentive and listened to what I was saying about my left shoulder/ arm before starting any treatment. Initially, I had limited movement with it, but once Mark had worked his magic, I was able to swing it in all directions and could put my arm up my back too! The pain was bearable this time and so far I haven't had much bruising or petique. Feeling good and hoping to be able to lift heavier weights at the gym. Very good experience and highly recommend.

I went for treatment today and Mark once again put me at ease straight away. I was being treated on my left shoulder and my right upper thigh. Not going to lie, this time around the treatment on my shoulder hurt- just a little bit. However, I know that in the long run the treatment will help me, even though I will need another session on it in the future. My right upper thigh is now feeling loads better and I think the problem with it has been sorted. Can't thank Mark enough for his help. Will keep recommending the therapy to others who may need it too. Thank you

Great! Would definitely recommend SB Massage to anyone. Danny was very thorough in going through my problem areas, from determining exactly what was causing the issue, to manipulating the area to relieve the problem and also advising exercises to help prevent the issue reoccurring.

Just had 30 min KT with Mark for hip and knee pain on my right side. I was struggling to walk upstairs and to put my sock and shoe on. Mark made me feel at ease straight away and I surprised myself with how well I tolerated the treatment. I was able to walk properly afterwards and could get upstairs too and I feel so much better now. I'll be back to training in the gym tomorrow. Can't thank Mark enough
