Charlotte was so lovely, friendly and professional. I always feel very nervous during makeup appointments and Charlotte put me at ease right away and had me chatting the whole time. I absolutely loved the makeup that Charlotte did for me and she listened to what I wanted while also giving her professional opinion and the result was beautiful. Thank you Charlotte I hope to be back again at some point!

I always have the best lash experience with. Charlotte! Charlotte listens to what I want and is able to give me just that. First experience of aesthetics with injections so was apprehensive but Charlotte was amazing!!! Charlotte made the whole experience easy by explaining everything step by step. The injections were hardly noticeable when injecting after some numbing cream. The results were fabulous, I actually have lips now, definitely recommend Charlotte for these treatments X

Absolutely in love with my lips done by Charlotte! She made sure they were done perfectly and that I was 100% happy with them before I left (which I obviously was!). All possible risks were explained and she also explained exactly what would happen if something did go wrong which really eased any nerves. All aftercare was also gone through thoroughly. Charlotte is great at what she does and her experience really shows. Absolutely lovely girl too, really welcoming and we had a great chat throughout the whole appointment.
