From first communications with Anna, to meeting her for the first time at my consultation and spending over 2 hours with her during my treatment my experience from start to finish has been 5 star! She put me at ease, she was patient and she explained everything to me. During my treatment I was very nervous but Anna was fantastic and so gentle, I honestly don't know why I was so worried. I love my new eyebrows and would 100% recommend Anna and her salon.

Amazing experience with Anna, completely put at ease without awkward small talk. I felt in a real ‘safe space’ and although I have a fear of needles, Anna was gentle and spoke quietly to me to ensure I was comfortable. 100% would recommend to friends and family.
