I am always very nervous when it comes to needles but Ruby made me feel so at ease! I had rhinoplasty and lip filler and the results are amazing, I felt so comfortable with Ruby and she really knew what she was doing and she easily achieved exactly what I wanted. Ruby is definitely a perfectionist, she took her time and it wasn’t rushed at all which made me feel better as I don’t feel these things should be rushed! Ruby was so very lovely, reassuring and informative about the procedure and what I could expect. I only wanted a very small amount of filler in my upper lip (as I got older it had decreased in size and was now considerably smaller than my lower lip) Ruby was great, she listened, understood and explained how the result I wanted could be achieved. She really took her time with the procedure and paid lots of attention to getting the shape just right. Throughout she was calm, gentle and reassuring. I’ve had quite a few massages at different places around Worcester but this was one of the best. I felt amazing after this massage especially the next day. My whole body felt so much better and more relaxed.
