I have had my previous lip filler (that I had done elsewhere) dissolved and my lips refilled by Carolina and she is highly professional, explains everything she is doing thoroughly and both treatments were virtually painless! The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I recently had the lip blush done.I was a little nervous as never had a tattoo or anything. As always Eve was really helpful and explained the whole process. She is always very professional and makes sure you know what's being done each step of the way. Numbing gel was applied to my lips but I thought it still may be painful. It was absolutely fine, just felt like a small scratch in places.It then just felt like chapped lips.All of the aftercare was explained and a little aftercare pack given. I absolutely love the end result. It's been 48 hours now, colour still great,feels like dry lips

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

I had a very positive experience at Kristian’s studio. He is professional, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about his treatments. I also appreciated his individual approach, attention to detail and warm, friendly nature. I am very happy with the results of my lip treatment – they look beautiful and natural. Everything was explained to me and I felt safe and well taken care of. Krystian’s studio is very clean and you can see that he takes hygiene standards very seriously.   I highly recommend Kristian to anyone who is looking for high quality treatments and a professional approach.
