I’ve been having beauty treatments with Rachel for over 2 years now. My first procedure was Rhinoplasty and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and professional approach. She explained every step clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I now have regular Anti-Wrinkle and Filler treatments and the results are so natural and exactly what I wanted —subtle, fresh, and confidence-boosting. Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived.
