It was my first time visiting Lauren on Saturday for my cheek filler which I had never had before. Having looked at Lauren’s work for several months and knowing she was in the medical profession she gained my trust. I couldn’t be happier with the results but also the time she took to explain the process ,time wasn’t an issue and she took her time an I felt so at ease. I have more appointments booked and I can’t wait to watch my results settle in the next week or so.

Krupa is always welcoming and has a warm presence. I enjoy speaking with her whilst waiting for the numbing cream to do its wonders. We always have a little giggle which really helps me to feel calm before getting my lip filler done. Krupa is always gentle and lets me have a little break as of when I know I’ve stopped breathing 🤣. I would highly recommended Krupa for treatments.

I came in straight from London needing a refresh, and Lotus Salon was perfect! It was right around the corner from my accommodation, and the women were so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. My gel manicure was flawless—super clean with a smooth removal—and my brows and upper lip threading were done with great precision. All of this for only £43—such amazing value! They’ve just opened, so if you’re in the area, definitely support these wonderful women and their small business. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
