Nicola was really friendly, understanding and relatable. Her workspace is very inviting, clean and professionally equipped. Nicola is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The free consultation with her gave me a great insight into the treatments she offers and we talked through all options open to me. At the moment there are reasons that I cannot have any treatments but we worked out a timeline for when I can and I didn’t feel obligated at all. Nicola gave me some resources to read through so I can make the right choices for me when I am ready, and I will be! Thanks Nicola x
