Amy is just so lovely and welcoming, and made me feel at ease instantly. My first time getting filler and botox and she talked me through each step, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Agnes is a very welcoming. Knowledgeable and conscious young lady. A wonderful experience. Just a couple of little nips but well worth it. I even noticrd a huge difference immediately. So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx

Such a lovely experience, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any cosmetic procedure other than Amy! She makes you feel right at ease from the very start to the very end and listen to exactly what you want. The studio is lovely and clean and you can tell Amy knows what she is talking about.
