Emily who pierced me today was absolutely lush !! A 41 year old man slightly nervous having a mid life lip peircing, was made an absolute delight. Very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. It didn't even hurt lol. Always recommend, my daughters, wife and me have used these amazing group of professionals and every time they never disappoint. Will highly recommend to anyone, whether they young or older!! be in next guys for father's day lol 😆

I had my lips done today and I honestly couldn’t recommend Leanne enough. She is so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. I came to Sarah for the first time in June, having been to numerous other aestheticians in the past. Sarah was by far the most knowledgable and reassuring lady I’ve ever been to. The way she spoke me through the entire process before and throughout my procedure was so comforting and made me feel incredibly relaxed. I’ve never had such a thorough chat about what to expect, nor have I constantly been updated on what my aesthetician is doing/about to do. She’s such a friendly, lovely woman to trust with such an uncomfortable procedure (lip augmentation). I can’t wait to come back for a top up!

My treatment is always relaxing, but this particular session was extra relaxing, the small room is always nice and quiet and the relaxing music is such a lovely touch. The heated bed was epic! I was slightly worried before my appointment as a lot of my lashes had come out and I wasn't sure if Ceri would have enough time for the infill session, not only did she manage to get them done within the time she also gave me a lot of advice and reassurance about the natural cycle of lashes shedding and that more shedding in spring is very common which made me feel more at ease.

Ive been going to see Sarah for a few years now. Her work and customer care is outstanding... ive had various procedures done, and more than happy with everything. I don't think I'd consider going anywhere else. A worthy 5 stars for this lovely lady... Thank you Sarah xx
