It was good. Unfortunately, I don't think she used a vegan wipe to clean my face, but then I didn't think to ask (thinking she would already know). No blame, but this could be improved. It is the only thing that could be improved, actually. She was very gentle with me and very professional. I doubt she knew that the wipes weren't vegan and the setting for the Laser was adjusted to make it perfect for my face. She also asked me question about what I wanted to achieve with the Laser. Also, I do like Lasers for beauty as an interest. I wondered whether I could work as a Laser person, on the body.
