5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

I’ve had my lip augmentation done with Keira this afternoon and honestly, I am obsessed! Keira have achieved the plumped, luscious, natural look that I have envisioned, and I cannot stop looking at my lips!!! Keira is friendly, professional and amazing with helping me calm my nerves (along with Larry the Llama & his mate!). Already excited to get my top up! Thanks Keira, you’re absolutely fab!!! Xxx

Had lip filler done by Gemma today and was very pleased with my results, Gemma is very thorough and takes the best care of you whilst you are at here salon. Gemma talked through the process which was calming. I am very pleased with my new lips. Once again the salon was very clean.

I visited Keira for a tear trough filler review - I’m very happy with the results. Keira is an excellent practitioner and is always very helpful and kind! I highly recommend her.

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My first lymphatic drainage massage was amazing! Keira was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. The room was set up nicely, dimmed lights, heated pad on the bed and cosy blankets. She massaged my arms, stomach, legs and face and ensured I drank a glass of water after to rehydrate. I definitely came out of my appointment feeling lighter and relaxed! Looking forward to booking another one😊
