This was my first time having Botox so I was feeling quite nervous and anxious. Alex talked me through the whole process and asked how I was feeling and what results I wanted from the procedure. Alex instantly made me feel calm and relaxed and totally understood what I wanted to achieve. Alex is very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for my skin and aftercare.
