Finally found a great hair expert in Jocelyn. She was very knowledgeable. She trimmed and silk pressed perfectly. She even fixed bad hair layers from a previous salon I went to and really knows her stuff. I will be back for sure.

I got my curly cut (no styling) at The Curl Lounge salon by Phay, and she was wonderful. She gave me the perfect cut—lots of volume while still maintaining some length. I highly recommend Phay and this salon in Toronto. Will be coming back to this salon! Thanks, Phay.

Elisha was fantastic! I went in with really wanting to know how to manage my hair, and understand what hairstyle/cuts would suit me. Elisha taught me a lot about my hair, what products to use, how to style. I walked away feeling great and seeing my curls come to life. Highly recommend!!

The location is right by Coxwell station, both accessible and convenient. There are not many places like this that offer silk presses services for doily hair, so I’m so grateful to have found this salon! My stylist was incredibly kind and thorough. She carefully washed and conditioned my hair, asking often if I was comfortable. Though I left not in love with the shape of the trim-turned-haircut I was given, I appreciated the stylist’s attention to detail and care.

Wow! Where do I even begin. I've been girl crushing on Raquel and her beautiful vibes for so long on social media.. finally decided to book an appnt at the Don Milly location.(I live in Oshawa) BEST DECISION EVER!!! As soon as i walked in (wish i got the girl at the front counters name - taller & dark long hair, gorgeous girl) she was on the phone with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Then, I got the pleasure of meeting Jasmine - the gorgeous & talented artist who did my BIAB nails. When I say I'm obsessed, I'm OBSESSED!! Her skills, talent, professionalism, and banter was above and beyond!

Amazing experience with Mariela at The Curl Lounge. My hair was extremely dry and damaged from bleach, heat styling, and stress, and I hadn’t seen my natural curl pattern hold in 3 years. After my Curl Revival Cut, Scalp Detox, and solid colour dye, my curls finally came back to life. My hair feels soft, hydrated, and noticeably healthier. The colour is rich, even, and super glossy, and my curls now have shape and bounce again. Mariela took her time, explained everything, and treated my hair with so much care. I truly feel like my hair was revived — highly recommend!

Elisha is theeeeee best! I haven’t seen my curls in 6 months. Protective styles and heat stilling had me hating them. She brought them back to life! They are bouncy and juicy and hydrated and I’m in love all over again! Thank you Elisha!

I visited The Curl Lounge for the first time as a male who struggles with maintaining his hair, and I had a great experience. When I walked in, three staff members paused to acknowledge me and warmly welcome me, which immediately put me at ease. My stylist, Elisha, was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave several practical tips I could use right away to improve my hair care. I've had the pleasure of visiting Elisha twice now, and I must say, she's an exceptional stylist with in depth knowledge of curly hair. Not only does she work magic on your locks, but she also takes the time to educate you on how to care for them. Her warm and lovely personality makes the experience even more enjoyable. I'm so impressed that I've decided to stick with her and never go to another stylist again.

Amazing , 10/10 experience. I got a keratin lash lift and I’m in love… Although my lashes were slightly damaged from lash curlers, Natalie still managed to pull through and they look so amazing. The staff are all so sweet and friendly as well. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you!!!
