Elly was patient, knowledgeable and personable. I’ve left my hair appointment keen to show my hair off, which never happens. I really loved that I was given some samples, no sales pushing (I still bought products) and a copy of what Elly had discussed with me. He is able to work with textured curly hair and he gave me a wonderful blow dry/straighten and the best head massage ever!!! A fantastic salon experience! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in great hands. Every step of my treatment was explained in detail from the colour choices, product information and the explanation of the process was detailed which I loved. Attention to detail is in everything, from the colour scheme, to the presentation of the drinks on the tray, the pretty snack bowl, the beautiful glasses, their arrangement on the shelves… everything was impeccable! A lovely place with lovely people, great conversation. Can’t wait for my haircut next visit 🤗 Thank you Rob, I love my shiny colour 🥰
