The service was quick and efficient, and I especially enjoyed the lovely head massage from the lady who washed my hair (I regret not catching her name!). First time coming to Bella Rose was very welcoming, friendly and relaxing even though I get anxiety going to hairdressers . Awesome experience, and also Nawaal does a hair consultation, asking questions about the problematic areas etc to determine what's the best treatment for your hair! Nawaal has done an amazing job and recommendation when I wanted to go from natural curls to blow drying. She sat me down firstly getting to understand what it is that I actually wanted in terms of, if I wanted to go completely straight or if I wanted to be able to have a go between the 2. I must say excellent service and I’m absolutely happy … if I hadn’t been happy I wouldn’t have gone back the 2nd time 🥰 Shukran Nawaal 😊
