Sarah is such a perfectionist, she always makes sure I know what’s happening with the stages of my eyelash growth and gives me great advice. The other techs in the salon are so friendly, I love listening to the gossip and all the laughs they have. The nail designs they all do are stunning !!!! Charlotte is fantastic at what she does, her attention to detail when applying hair extensions is incredible and the results are amazing. Absolutely loved my experience here! The booking process was super easy, and the team was on time and welcoming. The studio had a great vibe, and the staff made me feel totally at ease. They were friendly, approachable, and encouraged us to speak up about anything we didn’t like, which was so reassuring. I felt really comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend for hair, makeup, nails, lash extensions – they do it all!

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. And neither should you..
