Yet again another 2.5 hours of bliss with Daisy who is more confident and professional over the past year. Her skills doing my nails with colour blending is great and she did well today ready for my lunch outing to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. To top it all my eye brows and eye lashes package enhanced my new style hair cut provided by Jodie last Wednesday and my regular 6 weekly pedicure fulfilled my time spent with Daisy today. Thank you, Emma, for my excellent weekend lashes. I was worried that they might not last, given that you advised 5 days. How wrong can you be as they're all still there this morning, since the middle of last week?! They are an excellent alternative to a full lash set. Highly recommend.

My first time visiting Beauty Spot. My son had bought me a voucher for my 60th birthday. I booked in for a relaxing & destress massage. Lina was fabulous, made me feel very relaxed. The massage is the best one yet. I feel really relaxed. It consisted of full body massage followed my head massage. Loved it, I will be going back. I'd recommend the Beauty Spot, very friendly staff. Well, what an experience today at LA Beauty today. My pre holiday pamper was absolutely exquisite. Starting with a pedicure by the multi- talented Daisy. It’s always good to catch up with Daisy and hear of her progress as the junior therapist. Today was no exception and we delved into the theory and practice of her college course. Daisy then moved on to perform miracles on my eyelashes and eyebrows shaping and tinting which she has mastered to perfection so well trained by Louisa! The piece de resistance was the facial. My what a luxurious experience so skilfull and confidently administered.

Fantastic thank you Louisa and Daisy. We absolutely loved our spa morning. It was so relaxing. Every part of the morning was perfection. The steam room was spotlessly clean, as was the sauna. They were both set at perfect temperatures. The relaxation room was wonderful, to the smallest detail. There were so many choices of seating to relax in; we both loved the massage couches and I enjoyed sitting in the egg swing chair. The lighting, lights, diffusers and music were all tasteful and helped us to have a chilled out session. Louisa and Daisy were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.

I have been going to Truly Madly for 15 years, I even carried on attending when I moved further away. I really like the builder gel and shellac as my nails aren’t great. I would definitely recommend plus I also get my lash lift done here too x

Claudia was attentive and professional. I had a lash and eyebrow tint, with lamination to the brows and shaping. Loved them!!!!
